Approach & timeline
The implementation project for the new campus management system is being carried out with Simovative GmbH and will extend over several years.
Implementation project
Stage 0 – Stabilisation
The reorganisation, with clearly defined rules and responsibilities, creates a stable foundation to ensure the project can be implemented in a structured and successful manner.
Stage 1 – Foundation & Concept
A clear structure, a reliable basis of data and a coordinated target architecture form the binding fundamentals for the implementation of data, access management and user experience.
Stage 2 – Application Access Implementation
The application and enrolment processes will be set up to function smoothly and on time by the start of the application period for the Autumn Semester of 2028.
Stage 3 – Academic Support Processes Implementation
The central mass processes will be implemented and operational planning prepared to ensure that academic support processes run stably and reliably, even under high workload.
Stage 4 – Introduction of Semester Operations
Systems and data are migrated, deployed and transferred into operational use to ensure a smooth start to semester operations in the Autumn Semester of 2028.
Stage 5 – Optimisation & Completion
During the post-implementation phase, errors are specifically rectified and the system stabilised, ensuring long-term reliable operation and the successful completion of the project.
